Last week, I sat down with Andrew Pappas from Indie Game Movement / RenGen to discuss marketing metrics that should take priority, how tools can reduce friction, as well as how to think about your games business for longevity.
There are tons of resources and tools out there that can help us do everything from create processes, reduce friction and better understand our game marketing efforts. Despite this, we can still get caught focusing on too many details these resources provide, making it a challenge to know how to best leverage them.
