1. Platforms & DLC

Paste the keys you already have for your games and DLC.

Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Epic Games Store and Meta Quest are supported. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation keys are split by region, so a European creator does not get a North America code.

DLC is its own pool, with its own request page. A DLC request can ask whether they already have the base game.

Key request widget

2. Key requests

The same widget, in the press kit and at its own URL.

Put it in a Press Kitty press kit, so someone reading the kit can ask for a key. Or send the standalone page on its own. They pick a platform, say why they want it, and can connect YouTube, Twitch or TikTok so you can see who is asking.

They do not need an IMPRESS account. The request waits for you. Approve and the key is sent. Ignore the ones you do not want. Either way, they are saved as a contact.

Claim link

A key is used when they claim it.

Key in the email

A key is assigned before the mail is sent.

3. Keys in campaigns

Send a claim link, or put the key in the message.

A claim link pre-approves that contact. The key stays in the pool until they open it. Useful when a lot of people will not reply, because you are not spending a key on a mail that sits unread.

Embedding puts the code in the email, so it is there when the message arrives. A key leaves the pool as soon as that mail is sent.

You choose the platform and, where it matters, the region. For Steam and Meta Quest you can also pick which key list it comes from. The outreach around that send is an organic creator campaign.

4. Approve, then see what happened

Requests and campaign sends draw from the same pools.

Split a game into key groups when you need to: beta keys, review copies, influencer builds. Steam and Quest campaigns can pull from a named group. Everything else takes the next available key for that platform.

Steam key activation is tracked when you have linked your Steamworks account. Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Epic and Quest keys are tracked as sent and claimed. Coverage Bot shows who actually published after the key went out.
