An organic creator campaign is where you send a key for your game in exchange for potential coverage.
Launchpad helps you do this from the initial creator search to the final report.

1. Search creators by similar games
Start from a game the audience already plays.
Pick a Steam game close to yours. Launchpad returns YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and web channels for that audience. Narrow by language, subscriber count and how recently they posted.

2. Add them to a campaign
Add the creators you want. They land in your Contacts in your CRM, and the list stays with you for the next game. You are not renting someone else's database for a single send.

3. We'll enrich the email addresses!
Some channels already have an address, which is delivered immediately. We research and deliver the rest later.
This works on a credits system. A credit is spent when we deliver an email address! If your credits run out, those contacts wait until your top-up (pay-as-you-go or subscription-based).
4. Draft a message and attach keys
Subject line, key facts, images/GIFs, and a key or a claim link.
Campaigns are designed to look like a personal message from you to the creator - creators do not need an IMPRESS account. Attach a key directly, or let them claim one from a link in the message.
Steam key activation is tracked. Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Epic and Quest keys are tracked as sent and claimed.

5. Send from your own inbox
Connect Gmail, Outlook, SMTP or your own sending domain before the first send. Follow-ups use that same account too.

6. Report what happened after the open
Opens are the first number. They are not the result.
We track your Steam Key Activations if you have linked your Steamworks account.
And by utilising sibling-tool Coverage Bot, you can see which of those creators actually published a video, stream or article.
7. Keep the list for the next game
All your contacts are saved in your CRM. People who claimed a key or covered you are marked so you can easily find them for the next campaign. The next campaign starts from contacts and relationships you already have!
“As a tiny indie dev wearing all the hats, Launchpad was incredibly useful in automating my outreach to hundreds of creators while maintaining the personal touch required. I genuinely saved many hours of work or hundreds of pounds on similar but less fully featured tools.”
